By adding “Contact Us” form to your blog you don have to display your e-mail address and viewers can send you comment via the site.

to add the “contact form” :
go to plugins and enable “WP-ContactForm-SpamFree” plugin ,
type <!–contact form–> in the post / page, wherever you want the form to be appeared.

Note - You should be in HTML editing Mode Not Visual.
