   How can I Promote my site??
   Is there a free way to do it?
   Is it ok if I show some serial numbers in my blog?is it legal?

   Site Promotion (SEO) is big subject , Try "SEO" or "Search Engine Optimization" on google .

   Basic guides are.

   Your blog have many content(Relevant).
   Incoming Link to your blog (Add your blog to blog directory , social network, top sites (http://topblog.hoofoo.net)).
   Create categories that are well aligned with industry related keywords.
   Give Best Page Titles to the page and post.
   Do not duplicate content.

   No ,Any illegal contents cannot be displayed on the blog. Any attempt of abuse may lead to permanent suspension of the account.

   You can promote it with a link to your site on other web pages. And set up a Google alert. You have to be first to know who view your site ;-)
